1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or bulk/wholesale orders may require additional processing time. We will provide an estimated shipping date when you place your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We ship through reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Local pickup and delivery options are available for customers in select areas.

3. Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order is processed.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us at info@owlcreatewithyou.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage, and we will work with you to replace or refund the item(s).

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our art kits are custom-packed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For special shipping requests outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Pick Up and Local Delivery

We’re proud to serve our community in Garland, TX and surrounding areas with free local pickup and optional local delivery for your convenience.

📍 Local Pickup (Free)

Location: Garland, TX (Exact address provided after purchase).
Availability: Pickup is by appointment only.
Notification: You will receive an email or text message when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Timing: Most orders are available for same-day or next-day pickup (depending on order time).

🚚 Local Delivery (Optional)

Local delivery is available within Garland, TX and nearby areas.
Delivery Fee: Calculated based on distance and order size (shown at checkout or provided upon request).
Delivery Timeframe: Most local deliveries are made within 1–3 business days after the order is processed.
We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.

Pickup & Delivery Instructions

Please bring your order confirmation email or ID when picking up your order.
For delivery, make sure someone is available to receive the package at the scheduled time.

Missed Pickups or Deliveries

If you miss your pickup time, we’ll hold your order for 7 days and help reschedule another pickup.
For missed deliveries, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time (additional fees may apply).

Return & Exchange Policy

At [Owl Create With You & Owl Always Paint With You], we want every guest to have a fun and memorable experience. If for any reason you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below.

Cancellations & Refunds

Paint Party Events (Public or Private)

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future class (subject to availability).
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as supplies and seats have already been prepared.

Private Parties & Group Bookings

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your date and time.
Full refunds (minus deposit) are available if you cancel at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellations made within 7 days may be eligible for partial credit, depending on materials purchased and preparation already made.

Merchandise & Artwork (Paint Kits, Ceramics, Art Kits)

All sales of paintings, supplies, or merchandise are final unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and order number to arrange for a replacement or refund.
